Reservation and cancellation policy:

– Full refund if cancelled one week before stay starts.

– $50 fee if cancelled within one week from stay.

– There is a $50 deposit to confirm reservation and full payment at drop off.

– Full pre-payment is required during holidays and peak seasons

to confirm reservation and non-refundable.
