What vaccinations are required?
For the safety of all our guests, we require up-to-date vaccinations including Rabies, Distemper/Parvo (DHPP), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough). Please bring proof of current vaccinations when dropping off your dog.
Do you take dogs with behavioral challenges?
It depends — case by case. We're experienced in caring for dogs with a wide range of temperaments, including those who are shy, anxious, or reactive. Safety and comfort come first, and we assess every dog individually to ensure the best experience possible.
Can we bring toys and beds from home?
We do not recommend it, but you may get in touch with us if this is a preferred option.
Do you accept puppies?
Yes! We have the right setup for puppies. They are welcome if they are at least 16 weeks old and have received all their core vaccinations.
What if my dog requires medication?
No problem! We administer oral and topical medications at no extra charge. Just bring clear instructions and the medications in their original packaging.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled one week or more before stay begins. $50 fee if cancelled within one week from stay. $50 deposit confirms reservations; full pre-payment is required for holidays and peak seasons and is non-refundable.
Can I check in on my dog during their stay?
Absolutely! We offer photo/video updates by request and you can always call us for a quick report on how your dog is doing.
