Everything you need
to know before booking.
Still have questions? Call us โ we love talking about dogs.
What's the difference between boarding and daycare?
Boarding is overnight โ your dog sleeps here. Daycare is daytime only. Boarding stays include unlimited daycare play during the day.
Do you accept all breeds?
Yes โ we have no breed restrictions, no weight limits. From a teacup Yorkie to a Great Dane, every dog is welcome.
What vaccinations are required?
Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella. All must be current. Bordetella must be at least 7 days old before arrival.
Can I tour before I book?
Yes โ and we require it for first-time boarders. Tours by appointment Monday through Saturday.
Do you send photos during my dog's stay?
Yes! Every boarding guest gets real-time photo updates via text or email โ usually 1-2 per day.
What should I bring?
Their food (we feed your brand), any medications, a favorite blanket or toy, and proof of current vaccinations.
Do you give medications?
Yes โ at no extra charge. Just provide clear instructions and the medication.
How are dogs supervised?
All play is supervised. Dogs are matched by size and temperament. Aggressive or anxious dogs play alone โ we never force interactions.
What if my dog gets sick?
We have a vet on call and trained staff who recognize early signs of distress. For emergencies we go straight to the vet and notify you immediately.
How far in advance should I book boarding?
2-3 weeks for normal weekends. 4-6 weeks for major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, summer Fourth).
Are puppies welcome?
Yes โ puppies 4 months and older with full vaccinations.
Do you board cats?
Currently dogs only. We're working on adding cat boarding.
Is there a cancellation fee?
No โ we ask 48 hours notice for boarding, 24 hours for daycare.
Can my two dogs share a suite?
Yes โ family-suite boarding for multiple dogs from the same household.
